Services

Four courses of one roof.

Each discipline can be commissioned alone. Laid together, each one covers the joint left by the last.

I

Mobile app development

Applications for iOS and Android, built to be maintained.

  • Discovery of the core tasks the app must support, and those it should not.
  • Choice between native and cross-platform approaches, explained with trade-offs rather than preference.
  • Offline behaviour, notifications and permissions planned around what users will actually accept.
  • Code handed over with documentation, so you are never locked to us.
What you receive

Typical outputs: a scoped feature list, interactive prototype, staged test builds via TestFlight or Google Play internal testing, and release-ready binaries.

II

UI/UX design

Interfaces people understand at the first attempt.

  • Short research with real or representative users, scaled to your budget.
  • User flows and wireframes before visual design, so structure is agreed first.
  • Visual design systems: type, colour, spacing and components documented for developers.
  • Accessibility checked against WCAG 2.2 AA principles: contrast, focus order, text alternatives and target size.
What you receive

Typical outputs: flow maps, clickable prototypes, a component library and annotated hand-off files.

III

Web design and development

Websites and web applications that load quickly and age well.

  • Information architecture and content planning before templates.
  • Semantic, accessible front-end code with responsive layouts tested on real devices.
  • Web applications with sensible server choices, secure forms and clear data handling.
  • Performance budgets, so pages stay fast as content grows.
What you receive

Typical outputs: sitemap, page templates, a working site on your hosting, and a short guide to editing and maintaining it.

App publishing and IT help

Careful release preparation and practical technical support.

  • App Store and Google Play listing preparation: descriptions, screenshots, age ratings and privacy declarations.
  • Pre-submission review against current store guidelines to reduce avoidable rejections.
  • Domain, hosting, email and SSL configuration help for small organisations.
  • IT support for existing websites and apps during business hours.
What you receive

Typical outputs: a release checklist, completed store metadata, and written notes on every configuration change we make.

Things people ask before commissioning

Do you only take full projects?

No. We can take on a single stage, such as a design review or a store submission check, provided the scope is written down clearly.

Can you work on an app someone else built?

Usually, yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure review so we can tell you honestly what condition it is in.

How are projects priced?

After an initial conversation we provide a written estimate for a defined scope. We do not publish fixed prices because scope varies too much to make them meaningful.

Is IT help an emergency service?

No. Support runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time. We do not provide out-of-hours or 24-hour cover.
